I hope Scotland never win a game of football again the bunch massive cunts.

Would love Denmark to spoil this and the pricks can carry on buying the shirts and waving the flags of whoever we play in the Knock out stages.

There wouldn't be one single Scottish man wanting England to win a football match.

Fuck em.

I wouldn't call that a fantastic performance at all, at one stage it came up Scotland 1 shot Denmark 17, they relied on wonders goals and a red card, even there own commentators were saying they are playing bad and asking for trouble for being so negative.

Josh Sheehan was superb and every pass was brilliantly executed

Yeah, it’s a right bastard relying on wonder goals Diddles 😂

Absolutely incredible game. Didn’t think McTominay’s goal would be matched…and then Tierney’s curl….and then McLean doing Schmeichel from the halfway line ffs 😂

Bloody brilliant

Bathgate no more…

Incredible sequence of events over the last few games, and an incredible game tonight. Tierney's goal, at that stage of the game, was superb

Agreed.  I found myself celebrating the winner, pleased they won, but god they were awful!  Aside from the goals obviously, but that mystery sending off sent them to the World Cup, they owe that ref a pint and must be glad sendings off for 2 yellows aren't reviewed by VAR.

Denmark blew it big time with that defending, but seeing Steve Clarke having to look happy was painful.

I'm one of those, I can't stand the words and tune so I don't sing it.  Absolutely love the Scottish and French one's and if our's was Land Of Hope and Glory or Jerusalem I'd happily belt it out with pride. I find our's embarrassing, I can't wait for it to finish and feel sorry for the players having it thrust on them with cameras in their faces to check if they're singing it with emotion.

Aye spot on

Nothing against folk liking it and liking the royal family. But why have it as an anthem when half the country feels like you & me about it.

Shame really. As  we've a whole history filled with motivational moments to choose from.

I'm a bit like that, ours just isnt particularly uplifting. Welsh one is up with the others you mention.

I didn't watch Wales, but he's been playing like that most of the season (we'll forget Northampton), he's a class midfielder.

Aye they were lucky. Felt it was poor game management after going 1 up and then 2 up.

But they've a great mentality

All about the drama and the goals. Incredible.

There's going to be a few of the Rule Britannia pansies having a tough time reading this thread 😄

Not here there isn't.....there nothing that winds the Jocks up more than an Englishman shrugging his shoulders and not giving a fuck about them.

I was working in Zante in Greece when they won the Euros in 2004. Never been to a party like it since. Thought I'd be safe being a Bolton fan abroad, until you find you're working for an Olympiacos fan and his mates and they loved Stellios probably just as much as we did

2 events I would have given a body part to be involved were the millenium in Times Square and Athens in 2004 ( with a Stelios top on ) . Very Jealous .

Wow. Well, going off this thread, up the piss-boiling Jocks!

Interesting, that as supporters of a club who have prided ourselves on bloodying the noses of more illustrious teams for decades, many of our fanbase seemingly can't let the Scots have their moment in the sun. Fucking good on them, I'm delighted for them. Well done to Josh Sheehan too.

(As an aside, the English anthem is wank. Imaginary deity save the unelected landowner, indeed.)

I’m guessing I’ll be in the minority here, and likely because I don’t have anywhere near the care for England that I do for Bolton (and it does sound like when your mum says “I like to see local clubs doing well” - which is completely the wrong answer)… but I’d quite like to see all the home nations at the World Cup.

Far more interesting than watching Macedonia or similar over there.

I have never understood this and never will. All these inferiority complex countries revel in England misfortune. Why any Englishman want anything but failure for any of them is beyond me.

Still, it probably pays to be circumspect in these situations. A few more easybeats at the Finals is a good thing for us isn't it. Certainly easier beats than Denmark would be. There is always a silver lining.

Yes and unlike ours their players sing it with pride, as do the Welsh whilst our stuck up, overpaid PL pansies can’t even mouth our anthem.

Utter wank.
