darrener Posted January 14, 2016 Posted January 14, 2016 Didn't he up sticks from wolves a club who nurtured him to come to Bolton no loyalty then and non know. I want this mess sorting ASAP so that we can keep our home grown lads and use them as a springboard back up the league. I'm hoping our young lads can do an 1970s revisited when Sam, Reidy, Paul Jones and whatmore with 1 or 2 old heads got us back in the big time.this, spot on,build the team around Amos holding finney Taylor walker vela clough and clayton! Some good young uns there Quote

Mounts Kipper Posted January 14, 2016 Posted January 14, 2016 (edited) Shit forgot woolery even better And Derek We are going up,we are going up!! I'm looking forward to us having a sensibly paid set of hungry young players who have a feeling for the club. Edited January 14, 2016 by Mounts Kipper Quote

I really fear of we go down and Lennon stays in charge he will go out and sign a load of cloggers on frees saying you need experience to get out of league 1 Quote

Guest Posted January 14, 2016 Posted January 14, 2016 Lennon; Â Â "You don't know what team you are picking from one game to the next" Â Well, you're not the only one!! Quote
Naytch Posted January 14, 2016 Posted January 14, 2016 Mavies will be incredibly well off for a player who has played so little football. To waive whatever severance entitlement he had would not have seen him homeless. Â To do so would have made him a thourghly decent bloke, not to do do makes him a typical out of touch arrogant footballer. Fuck him I hope his career is blighted by injury and he continues to fail to fulfill his potential as he had done for years. A high % of footballers end up in financial crisis after they stop playing let's see how he is doing in 10 years time. Â What a nob. He's earning a fortune and could have really helped out the club who supported and paid him throughout his injury troubles, but he was a typical greedy bastard. It would have been a great gesture on his part to waive the severance entitlement, after fucking stealing a living most of his Bolton career, and especially since relegation. Â Hope he miserably fails wherever he ends up. Shithouse Quote
Ani Posted January 14, 2016 Posted January 14, 2016 Lennon; Â Â "You don't know what team you are picking from one game to the next" Â Well, you're not the only one!! Â Â I think Lennon is worried that he might have to play Spearing. Quote
gonzo Posted January 14, 2016 Posted January 14, 2016 I'm looking forward to us having a sensibly paid set of hungry young players who have a feeling for the club. We are dropping down a division not going back to the 80's pal. Â I speak to a lot of Blackpool and Fleetwood fans. Both have arrived from differing ends of the spectrum but both say its fucking shit bar 3-4 decent away games. Â Our YTS players are on more than their first teamers FFS. Quote

Traf Posted January 14, 2016 Posted January 14, 2016 the difference is that we'll be winning most weeks..........as well as having some cracking away trips  unbeaten all season I reckon  And we'll win that Everton player's cup.  The John Stones Paint trophy Quote
bwfc2003 Posted January 14, 2016 Posted January 14, 2016 And we'll win that Everton player's cup. Â The John Stones Paint trophy Forgot about that - Wemberlee next season Quote
famouswanderer Posted January 14, 2016 Posted January 14, 2016 And we'll win that Everton player's cup.  The John Stones Paint trophy  Fucking hell, can you imagine what crowd we'd get on with a midweek johnstone paint match at home to hartlepool. Quote
Zico Posted January 14, 2016 Posted January 14, 2016 I really fear of we go down and Lennon stays in charge he will go out and sign a load of cloggers on frees saying you need experience to get out of league 1  thats it for me  all well and good clearing the decks and dreaming of a team of young talent bouncing us back to the big time  but  lennon might still be here as well Quote
Horwich Posted January 14, 2016 Posted January 14, 2016 I hope everyone is ready to welcome Mark Davies back? Problems with the transfer Quote
Tonge moor green jacket Posted January 14, 2016 Posted January 14, 2016 Injured on the way over? Quote
Sweep Posted January 14, 2016 Posted January 14, 2016 Now he's failed his medical and is on his way back.....do we like him again, or is he still a cunt? Quote
ianofcleveleys Posted January 14, 2016 Posted January 14, 2016 Never thought it 'd be a done deal till it was all smiles in the medical room, not with his track record, though Iles suggesting some jiggery pokery by Sheff Wed about it  Quote
Tonge moor green jacket Posted January 14, 2016 Posted January 14, 2016 Earn his money. All he has to do. Â In fact he's probably at a watershed moment, if medical failed, then he's very unlikely to get another deal anywhere like he's on now. Therefore in the interests of his career perhaps he should knuckle down and help the club out of this shit. Quote
Anderson Posted January 14, 2016 Posted January 14, 2016 Apparently Sheffield are saying he failed a medical when no medical took place, easy way to back out of a deal that they'd agreed but didn't like. I don't think it's bad news, we were getting a properly shit deal anyway, still a cunt if what was suggested is true but we carry on. Quote
Blondi Posted January 14, 2016 Posted January 14, 2016 I hope Mavies doesn't get crocked now. 18 months wages @ 69K =£1.2+ million, ouch! Quote
waffer cup 07 Posted January 14, 2016 Posted January 14, 2016 So are we actually going to sell anybody. Quote
Carlos Posted January 14, 2016 Posted January 14, 2016 I'll give him a severance if he wants one. Quote
