Exactly that with instructions to play as a defensive unit. Forrester can play right back and Johnston on the left

All about opinions and at this moment we have no full backs at the club to play a back four.....Wingback/wingers that cannot defend

Would also have one playing in front of the back four

A front five of Thomason, Dempsey, Sheehan/ gomes  Collins and Charles would guarantee goals

 

Or we could stick with two wingers who cannot cross the ball and then get caught out of posession and a centre half who  wants to play the ball out and invite the other team to press.

 

 

We have been found out, If Evatt stays he will have to mix the team/system up

All out players are under contract so it is either play the same again or play with centre halfs who can step in as full backs.

You could say Jones at right back or Iredale at left back, but again are not true full backs

Then we may as well keep Evatt and play the same System because all we have at full backs, and this is Evatts words.... Hybrids fullback/wingers

You’ve lost me here pal, you just said Jones and Iredale aren’t full backs, so you wouldn’t play them there, even though they’ve played there more than Johnston and Forrester. Yet you’d prefer the centre halves of Johnston and Forrester there rather than the centre halves of Jones and Iredale, even though they’ve  less experience, because somehow Jones and Forrester are tainted with being WB back ups and therefore wouldn’t be eligible fullbacks, whereas Johnston and Forrester would be ok?

I have not lost you. I named four centre backs you countered with Jones and Iredale..less experience or not they are also centre backs. Cogley and Williams are more attacking wing backs and would not fit into any system apart from the one Evatt currently plays.

What i am saying is you either change the system and perm four of the Six to play in a flat back four. Or include Cogley and Williams and stay as we are.

I am in the Evatt out camp, but unless we change some of the squad. Which will be difficult as they are under contract we do not have the right players to change  the system.

Getting rid of Evatt then becomes pointless

Really? Do you really think so? Evan’s has certainly gone for experience but some of those players couldn’t even get into their respective L1 teams and they’re not spring chickens either. In all honesty I wouldn’t have been impressed if Evatt had signed any of them for us including JCH.

A lot of people will want their money back one should imagine.

How this affects his personal fortune and BFC remains to be seen but you can't imagine it boding well.

Fans are getting restless as lack of on-field investment and season ticket price increase, however the spades are about to go in for their new training ground academy.
