TrickyTrotter Posted July 2, 2024 Posted July 2, 2024 Mixu lived next door to me. His (then) Misses used to put disposable nappies down the toilet. Blocked the whole street - twice. He was a decent bloke though. Quote

Almost the perfect player. Once he comes here he'll probably stay as fit as Tyrone Mears with our luck (useless info, he's now the manager of Fort Lauderdale in Florida). Quote

Takes some skill that. When we signed him I thought it was a real coup! Same summer Phil Neal signed Allardyce and Sutton? But yes a poor fullback, I grew to like his attitude and leadership qualities especially as a central defender. Definitely gave 100% but basically Div 4 standard. Seemed to score a few for Burnley from midfield but never looked capable of a goal for us, just a tackler. Quote

Eric Snookes and Ray Deakin were both terrible. Quote
Casino Posted July 2, 2024 Posted July 2, 2024 did snookes ever play must have been low single figures Quote
Mounts Kipper Posted July 2, 2024 Posted July 2, 2024 (edited) My lad messaged me said It’s Egan Riley, could be loan move. No idea where he’s getting his info from. Edited July 2, 2024 by Mounts Kipper Quote

Dave Sutton used to often hit it for a throw in near the corner flag, didn't know whether it was his lack of ability or tactical like the Rugby bummers do. Quote
