His end product wasn’t anywhere near as strong last season. In fact he only scored 9 and assisted 5 goals last season! Considering we scored 68 goals it means he only played a ‘part’ in 20% of our goals. Morais has a hand in more and he only signed in January so was more influential Based on what he did last season and the previous one in the championship I for one wasn’t expecting his performances to step on. Well done to anyone who knew for a fact that he would do more in half a season in the championship than he did for a full season in league 1

He did have two periods of injury where he seemed to struggle afterwards. I think he's been helped by getting rid of that persistent back injury this season, so far.
