Add Sunderland and Derby to that. Probably villa too

So that is six different teams. I can't recall any striker who has done that. Fowler liked to score against us but only for three teams I think.

Crouch might come close?

Tim Cahill signing for millwall ? Wtf

Trying to get in the Aussie world cup squad and thinks the time at Millwall will get him there; according to the Millwall lot at work

They dont need anyone to keep them up though

Have him down as someone who thrives on confidence. For me he should never have been our number one when we went down, and if Jussi was in goal for Stoke away, there’s not a chance that Walters goal happened/stood. He was weak.

I also think we’d have stayed up had Jussi got his place back. Not that we deserved it. That first half against Chelsea with Bogdan in goal was an absolute horror show.

Coyle was of course absolutely clueless regarding keepers though. Saw him pick his best XI on Fantasy Football and he chose Brian Jensen in goal. I wanted to kick the TV over.

Warmed to Bogdan massively in his last season and thought he was quality. The performance at Liverpool was great and obviously led him to move there. This last minute penalty save at home to Wigan... simply phenomenal and probably largely forgotten.

I’ve found it difficult to warm to any keeper post Jussi. He’s still the closest I’ve come to it. Always thought his stance was very similar too. Not sure if that was down to Fred Barber, or just learning form Jussi.

his record on penalties was fantastic; he had a 'secret' technique- personally I think he studied his opponent, and stood briefly in his preferred spot, thus causing the slightest of doubt. shame his career didn't take off as it should, but how many keepers have been ruined at anfield?

as for clueless...

CYL and Jordan Mutch doing the rounds today. Don’t know anything about Mutch so can’t comment on that, not sure Chungy would offer us much better than we already have either unless it’s to replace what Buckley is doing

I think Chungy would instantly become our most talented player.

chungy not better than what we've got? Nearly fell off my chair. Chungy immediately after his Newport injury is better than what we've got Edited by tarian1979

Exactly. He'd come into that role Vela has been struggling with and improve us immediately

A lot of what Vela brings to the table is his physicality, he starts the pressing at the top of he pitch. Chunky is a wonderful footballer but does not offer you that.
