We've just won promotion using a gaggle of players nobody else wanted, littered with injury plagued loanees and players that were cast as cart horses, one trick ponies and generally weak as piss.

  • Like when we went up from league 2, we needed tried and tested players from that specific division/level to deal with the task in hand. Doyle and Sarcs etc. We need exactly the same in this divis

We need a good centre half with a bit of pace   and a striker and one more full back to cover Cogley  to complete with the teams for top of  table looking at the past 3 games doubt we will get all that done in this window

Barnsley had the type of striker we could do with and we could have had him for nowt a couple of months ago.

Gabiadini needs to be on that list too.

Excellent point , Id almost forgotten that .

Don’t feel bad he will be injured again soon. He’s another one of the players we carry. Waste of a squad place

Right back must be high on the list now.

Coleman would agree.

Chuck Pedro Richards on it too.

Who did Richards clobber, not sure I remember that one? 🤔

Nah, he's 37, a black Aaron Wilbraham, we need better if we want to get promoted

Unbelievable how much people love him. Couldn’t stay onside and I’d of scored that goal today. Been a fraud for years

No doubt. You’d have buried it.

After George Wood (that's another one) smashed Reid's knee & he was out for 8 months, he returned & got quickly up to speed. Not long later Richards took him out at the knee & another long lay off followed.

We all see things differently  but I'm struggling to get my head round that one 😀.  As genuine a "no.10" creator and goalscorer at this level as I've seen (or 9 as he was today).  Yet another good run and finish from him today.

Played on the last defender all game. Was only a matter of time before he sprung the shit offside trap

Especially with no VAR

Definitely need a pacey CH, the current ones aren't quick at all

Until we get a physical, robust right back and get Taylor in the mix on the left, I'd like to see us start Simons and Erhahon together for a few games. We're not convincing defensively up to now, a double shield for the back four might see us nil a few sides and build confidence from that

I agree on that. I’d prefer no number 10 and a solid midfield 3

tbf we appear to have been trying that.

Not persisting with Randall would be a start

Could still bag in this league with no legs

It's a brand new team,

It's going to take time to gel.

Barnsley also have the type of striker who's probably retiring soon.
