Sad to see him go. Come on leaps and bounds this season will be a very solid acquisition for Exeter. Not a bad word to say about the fella. Probably deserved more than he got he but it’s a cut throat business

Shame about Aimson, played a huge part over the last few games whilst Santos was out, and thought our overall game improved slightly. But was never likely to replace Santos long term and too good to be our bench warmer. Good luck to him.

Echoing others, I’m sad to see Aimson go as he really stepped up in Santos’ absence and earned his spot on merit. Presumably Exeter can offer a more regular spot and I’ve got absolute faith that we’ll have a replacement lined up. 

We must have someone else lined up. Hopefully a left footer so we have extra cover for the left side. Johnston would be a far bigger loss if we lose him too but Aimson never let us down. Good form recently but I’m guessing this has been in the works for a while so he can move back closer to his family and get more first team football. Also security of 2 and a half year deal.

Sorry to see him go but can see why just hope we have somebody lined up .

Perhaps Toure or Yoro have done enough for the B team to impress Evatt for that 5th choice CB spot.

I really liked Aimson, a good ,solid centre half but he's a long way behind Santos.

I don't blame him for wanting to play regularly, so good luck to him.

Aimson was the perfect player to have as back up, the type you never worried about when we got an injury or suspension at the back. Unfortunately, he’s too good to just play that role and I don’t blame him for wanting to be starting week in week out - good luck to him, seems like a top pro and will be a loss to the squad. 

Guarantee that as soon as we concede a goal Twitter will be heaving with folk saying we shouldn’t have sold Aimson, claiming they foresaw it coming.

Good for him. To many players are happy being squad players. He must of wanted to play every week. With Santo in team he had no chance. Exeter will be a good standard to play at for him. 

Aimson is from Dorset too.

Good luck to him, just gutted I didn't manage to wrangle a will.i.am gag in there during his stay.

Aimson did alright for us when we needed him. I'm guessing the fact Toal has come along and done so well made it an easier decision to let him go. We've 4 players for 3 positions. Just hope we don't get any injuries. Or we've got someone else lined up.
