famouswanderer Posted February 25, 2017 Posted February 25, 2017 Shame. But two wins from our next games at home and its back on again Quote
radcliffe white Posted February 25, 2017 Posted February 25, 2017 Why.if only it worked like that, January Coventry, Charlton and Swindon 1 point and two was home games Quote
Tonge moor green jacket Posted February 25, 2017 Posted February 25, 2017 We need to start getting more points away- maybe not today, or our games in hand will count for nothing. Three behind Fleetwood now and they are bang in form. Quote
SimonT Posted February 25, 2017 Posted February 25, 2017 (edited) So...apparently from reliable sources (which no I cant reveal)Madine has been dropped for Ill dicipline. Stiring it up when from week prior to arrival. Now, surely what it sounds like we needed today was Madine and a bit of fire in their bellies. Bad move from PP?... Maybe.Maybe he may have got sent off, maybe he may have made a difference. Although judging by the rest of the team ,maybe not.I like PP, but I do think he is VERY cautious ........overly sometimes. RoadRunnerFan Posted February 25, 2017 Posted February 25, 2017 Why. Why not? Spearing back and when Wabara is fit we have the option to return to 4 at the back which we look far more comfortable with. Scunthorpe not ripping up many trees at the moment. Still in our hands though big improvement in away form needed. Quote
Sweep Posted February 25, 2017 Posted February 25, 2017 there is still a good chance of us being relegated from the Championship next season. What the absolute fuck are you talking about Quote
SimonT Posted February 25, 2017 Posted February 25, 2017 Sounds like we where outclased today with some of our best players missing. Some enforced and some not so. Quote
onlyoneawalker Posted February 25, 2017 Posted February 25, 2017 Move on always up against it today other than last week we've not really shown the ability to scrap.....we're still well in it mind Quote
burnden Posted February 25, 2017 Author Posted February 25, 2017 Big week now , regroup and get the 6 points on offer in the 2 home games coming up. Quote
frank_spencer Posted February 25, 2017 Posted February 25, 2017 What the absolute fuck are you talking aboutHe's confident we can go up but thinks well struggle next season in the champo Quote

bgoefc Posted February 25, 2017 Posted February 25, 2017 We are, but pp has his work cut out if there is a discipline issue with Madine. Agreed. Disappointing but being realistic I predicted last years relegation and had us down for a mid to lower league finish. For us to be in 4th place going into March is great and second spot is any ones. Fleetwood are the most in form team, so i reckon its between us and them as Scunny have gone! Quote
SimonT Posted February 25, 2017 Posted February 25, 2017 Just play him. so he's not whiter than white. so what. play him Quote
Sweep Posted February 25, 2017 Posted February 25, 2017 He's confident we can go up but thinks well struggle next season in the champo Oh right.... I'd imagine we will have quite a few different players next season though, no matter what division we are in Quote
Spider Posted February 25, 2017 Posted February 25, 2017 No surprise at the result. It's still in our own hands and given the turbulence of the last year or 2, that's some going. Beat Fleetwood and 2nd spot is ours. Lose and it's anyone's. I'd fancy us in the playoffs. Quote

radcliffe white Posted February 25, 2017 Posted February 25, 2017 Fleetwood away at scunny next week Quote
Mounts Kipper Posted February 25, 2017 Posted February 25, 2017 (edited) Game was lost before kick off with no Spearing no madine, wilkinson was terrible, but the worst perfomance I've seen for a long time step Moxey truly truly awful. Edited February 25, 2017 by Mounts Kipper Quote
Blondi Posted February 25, 2017 Posted February 25, 2017 Well that was wank! We're currently in the red lion pub that doesn't serve away fans, but fook them, we do what we want. Quote
birch-chorley Posted February 25, 2017 Posted February 25, 2017 Fleetwood 17 games unbeaten in the best form Can't see us getting automatic with our away form, certainly can't see us winning at Fleetwood, Scunny or Southend Milwall looking on strong form for play offs although they drew with Oldham today having missed 2 penalties apparently Quote
