She is on the periphery now though so probably why she goes in with both feet.

Yes, but it's like using a chainsaw to slice butter.

No, mate. Left in a dish in sunlight.

Abbots tweet is using the deaths to score political points. She is dehumanising them as much as anyone. Silly cow.

Just gives the Tories and GBNews something to talk about.

Abbott has always been a circus the Labour Party need shut off.

Still, as shit as she is, she’s not to blame for any of the mess

Is it just me that thinks she makes a decent point. Here's us all debating whether or not she could have slightly worded a text better - meanwhile there's kids dead at the bottom of the sea.

The world gone fucking mad.

Where are all these safe and legal routes  that other countries offer?

Just give me a minute while I research the migration policies of every country in the world for you and amend then into an easily digestible form for you! 🤣

But a couple of ideas are seasonal visas, student visas, family visas and resettlement schemes.

Blame their parents for putting them in that situation to start with

Google might be a better place to ask that

Fkinell you mean to say the know it alls on here don’t know the answer? It was a bit of a tongue in cheek question (as I’m sure you knew) many of times on here we hear people talk about safe and legal routes. It’s quite obvious with the 1000s drowning yearly in the med that safe and legal routes aren’t as common as you would think.

I'm not sure why we're concerning ourselves with what other countries do or don't do with regards to safe and legal routes, I'd rather we just concentrate on ourselves for the time being, once we've sorted our own situation out, then we can start seeing what others are up to

100% they aren't common, it doesn't mean they shouldn't be though. It's just all one big fucking mess, and it'll never end. Even if there are "safe and legal routes" we will still get plenty travelling outside of those I'm sure (maybe not as many, but still a fairly sizeable amount no doubt)

Imagine the choice staying in a war torn country where your kids are in danger or having to get in a blow up boat and cross open waters to a supposedly better life

I don’t think there’s much hope for him understanding the reality of their situation to be honest. Not with a comment that ignorant anyway.

I’ve read more sense on the BNP manifesto.
