Yeah I agree, that would be a logical starting point. I imagine lads on scooters with face coverings are doing a lot more harm. But strangely, Reform lady didn't seem to concerned about them?

Without going back through this thread, I think I’m the only one who has mentioned the women’s right to wear or not wear them. Does anyone else care about these things? Talking it over with my wife and that’s the first thing she said. I guess a forum that is 99% men wouldn’t think of these things.

No - I mentioned it a few posts back. I don't think the state should be telling people what they can and can't wear.

I imagine that's because there was a spate of people holding up banks and then making a getaway on a motorbike. And that a helmet is basically armour 😁

Goes back to Cheese's point I suppose. Is what you want a complete ban on face coverings in public places? Or just the Burka banned - which is what the Reform MP was suggesting?
