I say it every year but it never ceases to amaze me how people can't simply pour a jug of luke warm water on their windscreens to defrost it.

His defence would have offered a guilty plea on Careless hoping that the CPS would not proceed with Dangerous. However the CPS must have thought that they had a strong enough case to proceed with dangerous and both charges were presented to the jury.

Saw that. You can't argue with it. Should probably give him more as a deterrent to others. Always seemed nice enough lad to me when I knew him years back and he's made a stupid mistake not intentionally set out to kill anyone. Doesn't make him a bad person but it was bloody reckless.
