athywhite1958 Posted June 21, 2023 Share Posted June 21, 2023 Got a ticket yesterday from 25th May, I parked on an NCP in Bolton, I paid with my phone and a few days later received a receipt from them, now they have sent me a ticket saying I had not paid, I have deleted the receipt they sent but have sent them an appeal with a copy of a bank statement with it on that payment was taken, am I winning this one?
