That Flavourly box was utter dogshit.

One of them had actually had gooseberry juice and SALT added.

Lesson learned. Always select your own ale.

I ended up pouring loads of it down the sink.

It was taking up valuable cupboard/fridge space.

The only ones that didn’t have some sort of fruit juice added were the 2% ones.

What kind of cunt wants a dollop if tangerine juice added to an IPA?

The glasses were nice though.

For those of you that are partial to a drop of Brewdog and/or westons cider have a look on Facebook for a group called Boozedog. A lad I know has got a load of stuff in that he's flogging and delivering round Bolton

Just had a look, now that is a decent set of offers he's got. Wish I'd seen that first!

Pretty much supermarket prices plus a fiver, I reckon

And I like a trip to buy my own

However, I did see 440s of jack hammer at 3 quid

Fill your boots on Jack hammer

Best brewdog I've had

Tesco visit before so am in even though was supposed to be out. They're flogging off the CRATE stuff for 90p a 330ml can, it's not the one that I like but if you are careful and don't get the session one then there's about 4.6% which ain't a bad deal.

Mate of mine jumped on that Brewdog deal just for the Jack Hammer, they did a couple of replacements on one of the lines but 2 glasses and delivered he said he was happy enough.

Keep talking a good game about knocking it on the head or only drinking at weekend and buying local etc but it doesn't seem to be happening.

I got treated to a 750ml bottle of 6.6% Leffe and a 660ml bottle of Hoegarden (sp?) from a friend.

I got them really cold in the fridge beforehand.

They were okay, in fact I enjoyed them, but I don't think I could drink more than a couple of bottles before getting tired of it.

Rather drink dry cider or a decent 5% lager.....

Interesting that. When I've had a Leffe, I've preferred them not cold.

Not a session beer though, for sure.

It's not every day we're stuck in a pandemic

I can't stand any ale at room temperature, except red wine of course!

There were around twenty tins on the shelf (7pm) - dunno if they had more in stock...

They often have decent stuff in at Burnden HB - often around or even less than a quid.

Ive had the adnams in picc tap

And been weighing it up on line, but 70p a can is ridiculous

Space is fairly limited so only twenty being on the shelf isn't necessarily an indication of how many are left...there wasn't 'spare' space around them to suggest they'd been rinsed...

The main demographic who shop there aren't exactly craft beer types 😊
