I think Vic Morrow was listed on a 'Celebrity Decapitations' list, somewhat erroneously as I'm led to believe the Helicopter blade sliced only the top off, like a boiled egg. John Landis nearly did bird for that. Shite film too. There was another, Jayne Mansfield, who was on the list, but that was wrong too, it was a only a hairpiece detached from her body in the car wreck she died in. Duncan Edwards was rightly left off the list - the song we all know being factually incorrect.
