I don’t think anyone wants Ukraine to lose any land. Everyone will agree on that. 
 

The problem now is that the muscular  mate on steds is happy for you to lose a bit of your back Garden as long as he can have some, this is because that bit of back garden is worth a lot of money.  For some reason you go along with this even though it’s against everything you have been preaching for the last 3 years. 
 

Meanwhile all your other mates are looking over the garden fence thinking was it really worth spending all that money on you for you to do exactly what you said you didn’t want to do.

Tbf, there's plenty of articles out there regarding the minerals that are in Ukraine and Trumps deals on such minerals in the past.
