It's very likely that they'll attempt to manouever things to go they want them to, yes. Why else would Trump and Vance be pushing him to hold immediate elections in  the middle of a bloody war?

Probably, with the exception of maybe Poland, Russia can have the lot in my opinion, I wouldn't risk British lives or waste any more money on weapons
