Wonder if the high wind will make a difference second half?

We're certainly overhitting our forward passes to try to compensate and Lincoln are struggling to catch up with the long balls they knock forward.

We should certainly be shooting on sight in the second half.

Too many don’t seem interested 

Why overhaul the midfield. If anything it should have been more physicality up front against a team like this.

We always want to play on our terms and our pace. As if the opposition is going to give us the privilege. We cannot cope with an ounce of pressure 

We have three donkeys at the back and no creativity in midfield and NO goalscorers

Tempo just too slow we’re not moving the ball quick enough out of defence and Aimson has been the biggest culprit, wants far too long on the ball. Not sure what Evatt can do to rescue this because it’s creativity we’re missing and the midfield just isn’t at the races. Still 45 minutes to go so let’s hope it’s a game of two halves, we can still win this if they buck up.

Passing is shocking . front two starved of any service 

Taking one to many touches every time and some awful passing on display as well. Missing Lee as with depsey is far to deep so a massive gap between midfield and attack 

Play with actual wingers on so we are not entirely dependent on our wing backs to create our goal scoring chances.

4-3-3 with full backs and wingers to overload

They haven't had to do much but it's enough to get the better of us who look like we can't be arsed playing not for the first time away from home in the winter months. Fucking boring, piss around with it across the back line to then hoof the fucker 90 yards over Dion/Dapo's head into the stands or keepers arms. The midfield can't get on the ball nor progress it, just too predictable & we don't look a threat whatso-ever. Don't know what our tactics are meant to be but they're hopeless whatever they are! We have creative players on the pitch but we're so disjointed it looks like they've never played with each other before

Some of them ran faster off at half-time than they did in the match.

Can slag the defenders off all you want, but this is 3rd division football, is our midfield that is utter gash.

What are our tactics against these kind of teams?? this is like deja vu seen it so many times.

We want to play passing football but we’ve got no chance of building anything when toal and Aimson can’t pass the ball out.

Dempsey can’t play attacking midfield, Dapo can’t play upfront and Sadlier can’t play LWB. We’re shoehorning players into this formation and it’s showing.

3 donkeys were superb on Tuesday. Goalscorers cant be Goalscorers without creativity in midfield.

Kieron Lee is only creative player we have on the books. 

Dion can't hold the ball up. He just plays for the foul everytime. Like playing with 10 men.

If we are keeping aimson on, go 4 4 2. How anybody wants him starting in our best 3, fuck knows

Hanging on to the hope the wind is a big influence and that lincoln cant keep this pace up for 90

Harsh on Sheehan, he’s not hit form but he’s creative if he ever does.

100%, far to easy to defend against , in fact did they even need to do much defending there? Thirty minutes of the same coming up before a gung ho last fifteen mins

This is the key, we don’t need to concede another, they’ll defo tire, are we good enough to take advantage… not sure.

Exactly, I feel the same.

We play so many of our players out of their best position.

Since when has Dapo been an effective striker? He needs to be in a 10 or better out wide. We are away at a team with 11 players behind the ball, Dapo was never going to get many touches playing as a forward back to goal.

Charles isn't good enough either not at finishing or holding it up.

433, Dapo and Sadlier and wingers, Bod in the middle for some physicality.

Im guessing Aimsons way out in front with 64

You would just let him have it until he fucks up

But, ive no issue going 4 at the back and him staying on

We've lots of creative midfielders  it's a case of getting the balance right, and those that are selected performing well.

Our players that like to pass it around aren't the most physical/defensive minded and I think that's the headache Evatt has.
