In summary ... 1. We have Benny's mob, some comedy tyre kickers, Howard's mob fading out, and the mad fella plus a couple of dodgy blokes backed by Thai money launderers (allegedly). 2. We'll get an adjournment tomorrow in our 20 second hearing us: can we please have another ... judge: yes, now fuck off 3. By the state of this forum, no fucker in Bolton's done a scrap of work today 4. We've yet to establish how many times we can ask Howard exactly the same questions, but it's somewhere between fucking loads and infinity 5. Lots of folk upset that Howard's mob looking less likely despite the fact we've no idea who they are or what their intentions for the club are (although H seems to temper expectations whenever it looks likely and offer juicier bits when it looks off) 6. Turning up on Saturday gets you out of the house for a couple of hours with the added benefit of not having t watch the match. 7. You can still boo from outside (in the likelihood we're playing shit)

It's the same questions being asked over and over again by the same people, the sooner is over and they all fuck off back to twitter, the better

He's done it right (wrong) - I'll grudgingly give the slippery bastard that, he's even contrived to leave a potential schism between the 'he's a cunt' lot and the 'he's our cunt' lot, the former will be unable to stop with the 'told you so' s and the latter may counter with 'he's become a cunt because of your shite'... When he moves on his worthless hide can we all concur he's a cunt?

Fuck mop, we've reached new depths of dumbfuckery. Some of the question to H are painful. Can't we add one of those captcha boxes at login, that'll bamboozle the vast majority of the newly acquired mongaloids.

Long time lurker, first time poster; not a Twitter using tit. I too am hooked on the pantomime that is the sale of BWFC, but I'm losing my patience with some of the posters on here. Please can certain members stop badgering Howard with the same questions? We've got a golden f*cking goose in insider info, and some of you are intent on asking for blind percentages and predictions. Nobody on here (Howard included) can directly affect the way this saga will end. If you haven't got something constructive to add, just sit tight like the rest of us.

Haven’t posted on WW for a long time, but been a member since 2003.... mainly lurking in the background with the occasional appearance (including a few beers with Casino & others in Munich, who may or may not remember...). A few posters mentioned divorce earlier in the thread and having been through that over the last few years, this situation with my beloved club feels a lot like the heartache I went through during my separation. These cunts that are responsible for this seemingly have no fucking idea or a complete lack of interest as to what BWFC means to the fans and employees of the club and the wider local community as a whole. If the relevant interested parties do indeed read this forum... search for just a hint of compassion, do the right thing, take a few quid with you if needs be, but just walk away and leave those of us with a genuine place in our hearts for BWFC to move on with our proud club.

Correct, that's what I did all those years ago and like an owl with a broken neck, I've never looked back since.

I trust my sources and I personally know some of them - they would not have got to being the named party in Court two weeks ago and would have been dismissed out of hand by ED trustees and the other secured creditors and indeed KA If they did not have the necessary funding behind them They have sufficient funds

It's all your fault anyway, Howard is that Ipswich dipshit you duped all those years ago. He's been boning up on corporate mergers and acquisitions the best part of twenty years in order to do this cruellest of all wind-ups in revenge. We play the sheepshaggers next, April 1st yesterday - think about it. (I realise somebody else has probably already wrote this in the last 3648 page stream since 'Howard' joined us...😐)

Gives a place for his date of birth, would expect better from a document confirming someone had 52 million in their bank - you just can't get the staff these days.

Let's continue to call this PR woman Howard for the sake for the whole charade, shall we? She's in PR and is following instructions to drip feed information to a wider audience. They can't go to the BN or other media due to NDA's etc, so hints are dropped on a forum they know is frequented by thousands including local media and the club. They've given selective info/dropped hints etc which portrays their group and its bid in the best light and further perpetuates the notion that Ken is screwing us over (which he most likely is, of course) It's a more intellectual version of the LoV's efforts to rattle the Twittermóngs into a protest. None of the players in this game give two fucks about BWFC, its fans, players or staff : they're only in it because they think they can make a quid or two, let's not forget the true motives behind any business acquisition. As already alluded above, if they've so much money, give Ken what he asks for and then its done. They have had the power to end this before now.

That would mean Howard's Bahraini Army are back in play, along with others, so it would be a decent outcome.

I disagree entirely, it’s staff wages for 6 months. I don’t believe that the success of an individual (in terms of fiscal position) should mean they are expected to take financial gambles that others would not. I’d be disappointed as we all would, but there are only so many times a business can go down this road, I personally believe a full reset can work well and deliver a more sustainable, fan driven future.

In summary to help everyone: in order for Howard’s team to reclaim the shares on the 10th April, the club still has to be in existence and any adjournment tomorrow will mean that is possible. If tomorrow we get liquidated, we have 7 days which will mean we lose the club in the evening of the 9th April, therefore Howard’s team cannot recall the shares as by the time the recall notice expires we won’t have a club. if we get a 7 day adjournment.. we will back in court on the 10th, with liquidation then meaning we go bump on the 17th so Howard’s team can recall because we still exist on the 10th... etc etc. same with a 14 day adjournment etc. no adjournment tomorrow means Howard’s team cannot win. It’s that simple.

Howard, if liquidation is ruled tomorrow (with a weeks grace to sort) is that still enough time for your group? Or does it have to be an adjournment?

Howard what are the odds on you getting asked less than 10 times before 11am tomorrow what your odds are for various outcomes for the club?

Sorry, I've become a bit confused here, I wonder if you clarify please. Are you saying - Gaspard is linked to the consortium you are working with and are by your understanding are the ones referred to in court two weeks ago, - or are you saying you have heard of them but as far as you know they aren't part of the consortium you have been working with - and yours is the one mentioned in court, - or as far as you know Gaspard isn't part of your consortium but were the one mention in court. Many thanks.

Not really questioning your integrity. I even stated that a lot of it adds up, I just have a problem believing something as simple as saying "I wasn't there, didn't get it" is good enough. I'm never going to blindly accept something a random account posts online, but I have no issue with you or what you've stated. You've provided info and at times it adds up well, so I like to keep informed and up to date on it.

I gather our resident remainiacs have been quoting Goldman Sachs as a reputable source on matters related to Brexit today? At first blush you'd imagine there wouldn't be a business in the world that's a fan of stifling regulation of the variety imposed by the micro-managing, oppressive EU. You'd be wrong. There are big multi-nationals who love it - because it keeps new competitors from ever entering their markets and therefore stitches things up in their favour. Such organisations enjoy a very, very cozy relationship with the EU indeed. I give you.... Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, JP Morgan, Citigroup, BMW, Airbus. There are others. Airbus was found by the WTO to have received millions in illegal subsidies from the EU in 2018. These organisations are not in it for the UK or the people of the UK. They are in it entirely for themselves. The EU makes life nice and comfy for them and the threat of Britain leaving the EU sends them in to PR overdrive because their world will be turned upside down with new competitors in the horizon and the need to compete in genuinely competitive markets. There's are reasons that the EU is the slowest growing part of the world and a substantial one is the way the EU's overbearing regulation fixes markets in favour of their friends, listed above. The sooner we are free of this racket and the elites who prosper from it the better. And let's not be quoting Goldman Sachs like they are an impartial observer.....
