Everything about that was naive

Still shocked by that today.

so many questions. Even if Maghoma got done in minute one, why leave him on? We played with ten first half half and it cost us,

when Dempsey came on we at least looked (all be it very briefly) more fluid.

even if Maghoma says he’s ok, we needed to be more on it and get him off that’s the management.

usually a bit more tolerant about a plan b, but today it was screaming for a change after 10 mins and we didn’t adapt,

I dunno,

i really don’t know.

take a while for this to settle,

Santos stood with hie foot on the ball will live long in the memory.

Sell him to the lowest bidder.

Sell them all.

Absolute fucking shit bottling cunts to a man.

Losers.

I’ve said before but our Captain Fantastic sometimes shows himself to be more of a Corporal Clot.

When he just stood there with the ball at his feet he looked like he didn’t even know what it was never mind how to dispatch it.

It will all look better in the morning.

Well, I for one I'm looking forward to the happy clappers defending thus.

I think you’ll be waiting a long while for that Crawley, I can’t see anyone defending that today.

I know loads of mates who did it, don't blame them, but got loads of piss taking messages off other friends saying it was a bit premature to do that (especially after we lost the game)

We didn't do that after we beat West Brom to get to play Preston.

Not me. That was as bad as anything I’ve ever seen.

Plan B ? Didn’t even have a plan A

I'm one of the arrogant Muppets who 'stormed the pitch' against Barnsley.

Thing is I get it, don't knee jerk, stick to a plan to build. But it's obvious Evatt isn't a manager that will take us to the glory of mid table Championship.

Sat in a hotel bar completely alone with two distraught kids upstairs.

What's the point :(

Shuddup you girl, sat in a kitchen getting smashed, kids in the next room smashing things. Roll on next season

We’re at a crossroads now. Where do we go from here next season? More of the same?  I don’t think so personally. Probably time for a change sadly.

You wouldn't even see a pissed up Sunday League team as static as that today. I said it after we lost to Carlisle in October, there are no fucking leaders in that team. No one to fire the rest of the them up, just knock it to the other person expecting them to do something.

After 70 minutes of passing it about getting nowhere, you might as well shoot from distance. Keeper would have been caught cold seeing as he had fuck all to do. Morley might have been the man for that.

I still don't fully believe Evatt should be sacked and should be given next season.

However, it's worth noting that Oxford and Portsmouth have both got promoted this season with managers, much more inexperienced and younger than Evatt.

Evatt had the full backing of the board, club, everything, he's been able to do whatever he wants, next season would be his 5th season with us.

Chopping and changing managers for me is an aspect of modern football that I massively disagree with.

But after 4 years of Evatt, I think a pertinent question at this stage would be: Has Evatt taken us as far as he can?

Possibly.

Sadly I think it’s come to that. We can’t keep saying we’ve learnt from a tonking because we haven’t. For ages we haven’t had a plan B, and certainly not implemented one as Plan A

We’ve just lost a cup final, of course it’s fkin bleak

Not a cup final but being a pendanic twat aside, yeah get you.

Sadly, as I've got to be up at 6, I'm just watching an episode of the Thick of It and then bed and scrolling through WW surrounded by utter mess and a million unpacked boxes.

I’m still fuming & being a dick, ignore me 😄

You’re a better fan than me, that’s for sure.

Ive just no idea why the players celebrated like that. We crumbled & were lucky not to be beaten in the end. Evatt should have told them how lucky they were. I left that game thinking we were unlikely to win this after the second half. Plus Oxford have been a different unit since we battered them. Not that Evatt looked at any of it.

But I can understand why there was an outpouring of emotion by folk like yourself. Our fans were unreal during the Barnsley game & have been all season. Which is why today is inexcusable for me.

I need to stop now 😁

I’ve never been a ‘Sack Evatt’ person. However, he’s not done himself any favours today.

Very nice but no - get rid for me. This was the full stop of an endless paragraph of failure when we need success.

We didn't not get into the Championship today. Look back at the results we really should have won. The fact that Derby went up? That's down to Evatt.
