What on earth are you talking about?

There aren't 5 defenders in that side, you could argue there's only 1 centre half, it's definitely just a 4-3-3 with Gale on the right and Forss on the left, according to that list anyway.

You'd imagine in game it might be more fluid than that, but it looks like a pretty old school get it to the wide men and whip it in, with fullbacks that stay back and don't threaten the overlap.

Seems it is a 5 after all, though i think it will not be like how Evatt played it

Confused by what I'm seeing here, it's either a 5 with Gale at LWB or 4-4-2 with JDC at right midfield.

I suppose if you stop over analysing everything to a minute detail, they're basically the same thing.

Reaching Evatt levels of square pegging though, either way.

And there goes the keeper sitting down for the manager to make adjustments after working out what we're doing.

4-4-2, Cogley at RB, Christie in middle with Forino, Taylor on left, Morley RM, Gale LM, Forss off Dalby in front two

That isnt how they are lining up

Whatever it is, they dont look like they have practicised it much

Will look a lot better when Burstow and Mcatee come on for Dalby and Forss

Garbage so far.

We have lost complete identity with the ball and just give the ball away when we launch it to dacres Conley out wide or Dalby.

its really poor long ball, often aimless with no runners off the flick or anyone to pick up the 2nd ball.

I have no idea who dacres cogley is meant to be flicking it on to.

Dalby needs it lofting so he can pin the centre back and bring others into it. But we never play that type of ball
