New System certainly could be 5/2/3 or 4/3/3  Think the days of two wingers is over for two forward

523? Explain

The 2 formations you've put forward are both with wingers?

Looks more like a 451 to me

I don't see how this could possibly be a 5 at the back?

It's an incredibly narrow 4 with JDC at left back, the way it's laid out though it does look like wingers on their traditional sides rather than inverted.

One winger Gale ....Forss and Dalby up front......The clue was the S at the end of winger

It could be 4 or 5.

Either way, Cogley/Christie appears to be going onto the left, or Christie at center half in a three.

Still one square peg etc.

What on earth are you talking about?

There aren't 5 defenders in that side, you could argue there's only 1 centre half, it's definitely just a 4-3-3 with Gale on the right and Forss on the left, according to that list anyway.

You'd imagine in game it might be more fluid than that, but it looks like a pretty old school get it to the wide men and whip it in, with fullbacks that stay back and don't threaten the overlap.

With 4 at the back be interesting to see how deep the likely midfield 3 get. They all tend to like picking ball up from centre halves.

Surely not, its not his bloody testamonial.

Apparently he's on penalty duty and their keeper will pretend to save it.
