SatanGreavsie Posted March 1 Posted March 1 We're going up - beating Bradford at Wembley. I can feel it in my water. Quote
Whitestar Posted March 1 Posted March 1 I'd be sceptical of doing the final should we be fortunate enough to get there, spent a fortune the last few times and although the Plymouth victory was enjoyable at the end of the day it was a daft cup competition for lower league clubs. But you always tend to feel different if and when the time comes eh??? Quote
Tombwfc Posted March 1 Posted March 1 There's nothing at all between us, Stockport and Bradford. And it looks a big drop off from teams 6-10 (having said that, we're P6 W1 D4 L1 against those teams). Reading would be my pick based on what we've seen. It's going to be a weird end to the season, as the last four/five games might literally have nothing on them. Quote

Like the Barnsley play off game would love to see South lower full of wanderers.  8 hours ago, freds dad said: Also if it is Stockport we need to give them the same amount of tickets they give us, so we could give them half of the South Lower and we have the rest including the upper tier. There are rules, is it 2k minimum or 10% of ground whichever is less? Even if its Stevenage we have to offer them 2k. Basically any team will have the same allocation that Barnsley had, its nothing to do with how many they give us. They'll be top tier only. We'll be entitled to 2k at Huddersfied, Bradford, Reading and about 1k anywhere else. Quote

They're a faff especially with the daft allocations, but I think i prefer having a week between legs rather than our 90s play off campaigns of only about 3 days between them. Traf Posted March 1 Posted March 1 The 2k allowance was a "gentleman's agreement" between clubs, I believe. Quote

Tonge moor green jacket Posted March 1 Posted March 1 Any spurs/arsenal fans get charged double. Quote
Johnnyrotten Posted March 1 Posted March 1 10 hours ago, gonzo said: Play off aren't included in your STs Just make it tenner for everyone  £20 seems to be the accepted price for play offs, I'm sure that's what it was for all 4 of our Barnsley games.  Our home games got bigger crowds than a normal league game so it wouldn't be of any financial benefit to halve ticket prices, and can't add many to the attendance. Annoying that there's a geographical advantage for southern teams for what's supposed to be a neutral venue. Quote

Would fill the ground and give the away end the least possible. And throw away money?! We’d sell 20k at an average of £25, including concessions. Just make it an event, like the last Barnsley playoff match. Concessions are for unattractive fixtures, like Grimsby in mid-winter. Next, you’ll be moaning about a lack of investment from the board, after suggesting they throw money away. Quote

It is about limiting the away end in a one of game which may help drag us across the line. 20 quid on a one off game with anyone with a history/membership. It is all about getting that perfect price that we sell out all home tickets. Quote
jmjhb Posted March 1 Posted March 1 It's uniform pricing split 12.5% between the 4 teams with the EFL taking the other 50% Quote
