I'm sure at some point, you won't be able to use a firestick anymore, I've a few mates who have already moved across to an NVIDIA Sheild (I think) and they reckon it's decent. I've ditched all my FS's as I suspect Amazon IMO are going to update them to stop side loading. When I used FS's I had all the privacy settings off as it reports back by default all your settings. I know theres millions using a FS's and that a lot of data being sent and stored, but it doesn't take them much to run some queries esp with the help of AI. I've gone with a Thomson Streaming Box 270 but there's Xiaomi TV Box S & NVIDIA SHIELD. All the apps are on google play. Quote

I have a Google box and it is better than a fire stick but it makes no difference if your provider is shite which is the reason 99% of the time. Quote
