Watched End of Watch over the weekend.

Was good, especially the way you 'get to know' the characters ... but wasn't as good as I hoped.  Just seemed to be something missing, but not sure what, maybe because there was so little back story about the baddies maybe.

Still worth a watch though.  7/10.

Got Olympus Has Fallen and The Impossible ready to go.  Think I may watch the latter on my own as I've heard it may mean I get dust in my eye.  Just on checking it had downloaded properly I watched the scene where the tsunami hits the hotel pool area.  Kin'ell, looked very authentic (or as I can only imagine it would've actually been like).

Why does beau-peep feature in the first two toy story films but not the third??

Wheezy started pimping her out, she got fucked up on drugs and cock, she was in no fit state to appear in the third film

Just got back from watching spike island. Was quite good surprisingly

Forgot to say I watched it last Thursday. Was sound. 7/10. Great soundtrack (obviously). Spotted a few mistakes - but good laugh, great to hear some of the old phrases, etc.

Watched Evil Dead last night not expecting much. It was alright, pretty expected but well done. If its marked as a B movie I'd give it a 9.

Also saw 42 the other day. Restored my faith in watching random films nobody has hard of after a few bad uns. It was excellent, really really good.

Watched The Impossible the other night.

Was decent enough.  Based on a true story but the ending seemed a bit too Hollywoodised ... but I suppose it had to be done that way.

I didn't get any dust in my eye.

6.5/10

Rise of planet of the apes - dogshit

Hansel & gretel - not much better

I thought POTA was excellent, really enjoyed it.

Man Of Steel was ok as a a sci-fi movie but nothing special, Kevin Costner very good in it. Watched Premium Rush last night because I was bored and it was short; totally by the numbers and unoriginal but decent lead actors so better than I was expecting

Trance - Danny Boyles latest.

Shite, tries to be too clever. You dont do clever Danny lad, you do gritty. Stick to what your good at.

Would have been good if he didn't throw in 100 ideas all at once, kept going off on a tangent with same idea far too much.

Music was really well done and basic plot line if he kept it simple could have worked great.
