October 17, 20241 yr I watched the game on TV in a car dealership. My brother worked there, and no one was in, so the game was on. Fine performance if I remember correctly, in horrendous conditions.

I remember the drive home from Burnden that day, my old man, old school gent, usually pretty quiet but totally different with anything to do with the Wanderers. He was belting out the "Oh Frankie, Frankie" tune for most of the drive home. I think it may have been the first game after we'd signed Frank permanently.

All very civilized. My day took me to the next home game and stood in Paddock next to away fans. A very different experience but just as good. 👍
