Semantic interpretation at play here but he didn't call him a "black man", he called him a "black c*nt" and it's the combination of the two words that is offensive (to me at least), as the "black" element definitely leads/defines the insult - arguably the "cnut" is secondary in all this, and merely serves to accentuate. If he'd called (for example) Yossi Benayoun a "jewish c*nt" would we not agree that the "jewish" element was relevant and not exactly passive in the insult, despite being factually correct?
