yep limping bad but was gingerly jumping up and down during the celebrations on the podium....he seemed to be in good spirits, NBC reporting a scan in the morning, got some kind of black bandage on it, but the bandage doesn't look too heavy.....won't get any kind of update now as the Yanks are too busy flag waving and shouting "we're number one ".....

While gutted about Holdens injury I don't think it makes a massive difference if we sign Spearing I'd sort of already thought get Holden back would be icing on the cake. Regarding Holden I said it last week he has to remodel his game this type of injury is happening again and again, he has to do less and use his brain pick the winnable challenges pick the lung bursting runs otherwise he's never going to get fit and keep fit. Good luck to him hope it's a 4-6 week lay off not 6-12 months.
