RoadRunnerFan Posted August 3, 2014 Posted August 3, 2014 Would take that deal all day long. Pilkington would chip in with a few more goals than Lee and without a reliable striker we need goals from our wide men. Can't see it happening though. Quote
RoadRunnerFan Posted August 3, 2014 Posted August 3, 2014 Down side is he's had a few pane-ful injuries over the years, maybe he's too fond of a night on the tiles? Quote
miamiwhite Posted August 3, 2014 Posted August 3, 2014 Heard this pilkington get shattered easy. he'd be a glass act. Quote
Plums Posted August 3, 2014 Posted August 3, 2014 Quite like Pilky. Similar attributes to Kev Nolan or at least I thought so. Chips in with goals and works for the team. Chungy ... Meh.. Quote

Blondi Posted August 3, 2014 Posted August 3, 2014 The article in the People says this:- Norwich want Bolton's South Korean winger Chung-Yong Lee - and may throw Anthony Pilkington into a swap deal. Lee is in the last year of his contract and Trotters boss Dougie Freedman is keen on wideman Pilkington, who would add pace to his side. Both players are rated at £1 million and transfer talks are now set to get serious. Quote
frank_spencer Posted August 3, 2014 Posted August 3, 2014 The press always run these 'swap deal' stories but they never actually happen. Player plus cash yes but never a straight swap. Quote
paulhanley Posted August 3, 2014 Posted August 3, 2014 Nixon has just tweeted Marc Iles with "Using JS tomorrow". Could be an interview with Jay Spearing. It could also be a link with a striker we're chasing. The only JS I can think of is Jeff Schlupp from Leicester - who Freedman has been linked with before. Guess we'll see tomorrow! Quote

Arrested development Posted August 3, 2014 Posted August 3, 2014 Pilkington for chungy is an easy yes. Chungy has been wank for two years and is out of contract next year. It makes sense. Quote
BOWTUN BAKED Posted August 3, 2014 Posted August 3, 2014 I'd swap Lee for Karl pilkington BULLSHIT! (I can't post pictures) Quote
Guest Blixa Posted August 3, 2014 Posted August 3, 2014 Seems many Norwich fans want shut of Pilkington due to hin being about as likely to finish a season as Mark Davies. Quote
Guest Blixa Posted August 3, 2014 Posted August 3, 2014 Made of glass? I'm glad someone got on the end of that one. Quote
