Pellegrini getting hugely criticised for persisting with 442. It's out of date I actually think with chungy as number 10 and playing shorter from the back, we could play Mason up front on his own. As pointed out by Jules, his movement and runs are fantastic. Great second half yesterday, we were tough (though a few times late) in the tackle, tempo was good and an enjoyable win. I feel scraping top half may be realistic, let's hope you're right though Agree with everything you've said; we will clearly get overrun in midfield by the top teams, but I think (and hope) that he's still trying things out and working out how to use what he's got At times yesterday we got to the final 3rd and there wasn't enough space because of the way we played too, but I'm confident Lennon sees these things. Last paragraph is what we need week in week out we've had a soft centre for too long the odd crunching challenge makes players think twice we have allowed players to play round us for far too long, as Jonesy would say they don't like it up them and long may it continue.
