Are West Ham in the old equivalent or UEFA cup and Leicester in something not much better than intertoto or can the winners of West Ham’s lot play the winners of leicesters lot in a final? it was much better when league winners played in the European Cup, the not quite good enough were UEFA then there was cup winners cup.
