tomski Posted March 8, 2015 Posted March 8, 2015 I think Gerrard deserves the good send off of a cup win. I hope Blackburn get thumped. Joking aside I don't get people dislike of Gerrard? Quote

MickyD Posted March 8, 2015 Posted March 8, 2015 Final will do. (Most painful for them, as long as it's not against the mancs). Final losses most painful for them? Well the two Semi- final losses I've witnessed at Wembley were a bloody sight harder to stomach than either of the two finals over witnessed, particularly the Stoke game. Quote
Matt Lofthouse Posted March 8, 2015 Posted March 8, 2015 Aye villa hurt like hell and the stoke game wasn't that clever. Can't really comment on losing to Chelsea or City in the final. Coca cola / carling cup finals - meh compared to fa cup. Quote
MalcolmW Posted March 8, 2015 Posted March 8, 2015 (edited) Replay date for Blackburn v Liverpool will prove interesting. Reading/Bradford City had indications that their replay could not clash with Champions' League dates as UEFA would impose a fine again, and so would have to be on Monday 16th March. Liverpool have a league match on TV on that date, so something has to give. The next 2 weeks are an international break followed immediately by Easter. Surely the replay can't be delayed beyond Thursday 9th April? Edited March 8, 2015 by MalcolmW Quote
MickyD Posted March 8, 2015 Posted March 8, 2015 Let's just hope they all have three eyes on the replay. Quote

This means Blackburn's Easter Monday fixture at home to Millwall will be postponed until some time after Millwall v Wigan. Quote
