Born in Halliwell, lived in Bolton until my mid forties...now doing missionary work in Wigan.

Never lived in Bolton, never will.

 

I reckon there's more whites in LH/Walkden than there is on Bolton to.

Atherton has a good number of Bolton fans

Lived in Bolton all my life and will never leave, I work away a lot but I'm always glad to see the Red Rose of Lancashire on my way home

If I had the opportunity to go it'd be somewhere like Herefordshire or spider land. Lovely part of the country.

Nice being a 5 min walk from the bars but will miss the 2 min walk to The Brewery Tap on Belmont Road.

 

Up to an hour off the morning commute should make up for it though!

A mate of mine lived in LH and worked in Eccles with an hour commute into work but then moved to Walkden Road near the Marriott and that 2 mile move saved himself 30mins..it's crazy what living outside the M60 can add to your journey

Would love to come back one day but it's not appealing at the moment

First couple of years on Bury Road, off to Radcliffe then Ainsworth

 

Had 20 years in Harwood but probably going to have to leave as I can't afford what I want around here

 

Westhoughton, Horwich, Totty and Radcliffe offer affordable options

Hartington rd for the first 18 months, then Breightmet til I was 21, then Dublin for a while then back to Breightmet and still here

There's some nice villages around Shropshire.

 

House prices make London seem reasonable.

 

I could never leave Horwich. Obvs.

So far that's roughly around 20 not living in Bolton and 11 living in Bolton..ish.
