  • Benedict Cumberbatch played Alan Turing in The Imitation Game, he's not even a proper bummer.

  • Not quite a show… but the missus has fallen asleep mid program; I do it all the time, just watch on… she doesn’t agree. She’s now fallen asleep 3 times during last 10 mins of episode of Outlaws.

Is that in one of those articles where they claim to make up a breakfast out of quinoa and raspberries

Surely if he's a proper Millwall fan it would be ten cans of Stella that he hadn't finished off from the night before

Then getting to the pub for 9am for a home match v Preston

He has less than 18% body fat. You can't argue with results like that.

I like watching Masterchef, so hopefully the programme isn't cancelled moving forward - I'd like to see Romesh Ranganathan and Rosie Jones presenting the next series (as they probably won't employ a white middle aged man/men to present in the future 😉)

Isn’t Grace Dent of Blackrod Parish already named as new presenter?

Reads like he's dumped his outlook calendar in ChatGPT and asked it to write an itenarary in the style of Alan Partridge circa 1994

She was doing it with Torode (i think they have filmed a new series?) But they'll need to find someone else as well now.

That loon bag from Leeds - the man behind the curtain would be good just to laugh at his haircuts.

I suppose it depends what it was that he actually said, and to who

Anyhoo....Wallace was sacked for being a generally creepy and inappropriate pest, and Torode would probably have been tarred with that brush, as presumably he didn't speak up or try to stop it, because he would have been present (probably)  -  I'm aware there is a few assumptions there, but maybe this is the excuse they needed to get rid of the smug sweaty moon faced Galah

You disappoint me. I was hoping for Ru Paul and Jair Bolsonaro.

Fully agree with your first sentence. It's just the fucking creeps that go hunting for this stuff I find despicable (if in fact this is what happened).

The Narrow Road To The Deep North is apparently now on iPlayer but can't find it. Nor on Amazon. If anyone stumbles across it, please let me know. It was a brilliant book and everyone in my family read it with my grandpa being a Japanese prisoner of war working on the death railway which the story covers.

It's now on the iPlayer 👍

I am very late to Dexter

it is good but as good as my missus keeps telling me .

Watched the first three last night - excellent stuff.

Third series of Squid Game seems like a step too far

It's like when the Saw films went past the first couple of films

Bob Geldof is looking well

Just finished Narrow Road - just as stunning as the book. A must see.

Just wanted to add that the soundtrack is also a thing of excellence
