Fleetwood refused to take him back in January, which ... added to them signing a new squad keeper this week just about says it all. God know what he's been doing since then.

Agreed re. him sooner rather than later being found doing non-football things.

Even though they would probably dominate everything with him up top

He'll be 28 before the season starts as well  -  I'd have thought that City might be looking more towards Haaland rather than Kane. I fully expect them to have one or the other in their camp for next season

I'm not sure I can see Kane going to Chelsea, I think the Spanish teams are too skint, so that possibly only leaves Utd and City in the frame. 

He could, in all reality, end up trapped at Spurs for another year

If he wants to win stuff, and fairly quickly, then city would seem the obvious place.

Kane wants to win trophies season in season out. Only one club in recent years consistently wins multiple trophies
