If this speech by Gove about Yellowhammer doesn’t scare you, you’re made of soil.

what a fucking complete and utter cunting mess this will be. It sounds like we’re going to war.

Make no mistake, we’re leaving with no deal.

Gove the man who in March said words to effect of "no way do I want to contemplate taking the risk of leaving without a deal".

You'd make it legally binding rather than advisory.

That way it doesn't matter who is in power.

A GE with a majority would carry out the electorate's wishes - that simply isn't true. GE's can be won with under 40% of the electorate's vote. Even then you can't translate any GE vote to a particular Brexit outcome. Not everyone can vote for the outcome they prefer.

Who do you vote for if your preferred outcome is the WA as stands for example?

I think we need a 2nd referendum but that means as it stands I'd have to vote Labour - and I don't want to. So my vote therefore won't be a reflection of what I want. Same for millions of others.

Abstain from voting then, quite simple isn’t it, even for you ?

Surely just voting for the yellow bellies will yield everything he wants.

Did you see Curtis and his graph on the beeb earlier?

If there was an election now Tories would be well ahead of labour.

Not sure it would translate to an overall majority, but with BP predictions, a leave majority would almost certainly prevail.

Obviously some wheeling and dealing would be required, bit what is clear from the polls (which in fairness should be taken with a degree of scepticism) is that Corbyn wouldn't get anywhere near his promised land.

Labour would be better ousting the cunt, and if that's not possible set up a "proper labour" and the majority- decent minded MPs- then rebuild a proper opposition and leave the Marxist and his cohorts dreaming quietly in the corner.

Let’s be honest, this thread is pretty much a direct reflection of Parliament right now. People are entrenched with their views and will alway, always find something to back up their argument, no matter how flimsy the evidence is.

Its a right fucking mess.

And just think, parliament could have ended it all months ago.

Maybe you could vote MRL?

I did mate, the Tory party “despite of Brexit problems”....cough cough.... would be miles ahead of  Labour  and the Unlibs.

Theres always an excuse for Corbyn and Co...I’m sick of hearing the excuses, he’s called for an election nigh on 40 times in the last year or two....now he’s been offered one, he’s shat himself more than when he saw Diane’s big beef growler winking at him many moons ago.

Once again mate, despite of Brexit woes :D, social media relentlessly promoting the other pricks, and the MSM’s biased shite slant on how close it will be, the Labour conference and Lib Dem’s recent utter shitshow show just what a mockery things are.

The real voters work for a living, they don’t feel the need to attend Mongo cult/cunt conferences in midweek to promote their sheeplike views.

The real voters will ensure the Tory party piss this.

It happened with Brexit, it happened with Trump and it will happen again at the next GE.

Hung Parliament ? Empty fucking vessels.

yea, just need all the Torys to vote for it,  but it didn't happen

Quite right. I know what you are getting at though.

As I've said before the likes of the erg are still wanting a form of brexit, whether it's the best way is a different matter.

Their intentions and desire would have counted for nothing, had certain individuals not made it quite clear that they will not vote for any form of leave.

It was a huge compromise, which maybe should have been considered and not rejected out of pure desire to overturn the result.

You have to admit though, it’s quite funny watching the but...but.... mental gymnastics some folk are prepared to make.

Nice try but the Referendum was NOT advisory, if it was Gina Miller and her rich friends would have ditched it 3years ago

’Youd make it legally binding’   What like A50 is at the moment, with a leaving date of October 31st

Your whole argument is flawed, the Electorate need to decide at the next GE which party they want to run the Country, to include the Brexit conundrum, NHS, Immigration, Climate change ect ect for the next 5 years, this is called Democracy and the sooner we get back to everybody playing by the rules the better

Any alternative to that will only continue the chaos

Baseless guesswork that has come from your own bubble of friends and associates.

British politics is currently a shambles with so many rival factions bickering on a spectrum of issues. That you think ANY party will walk the General Election without any evidence other than what Dave down the pub says is... interesting. Or maybe you moonlight as Mystic Meg. Can I have next week's lottery numbers please?

Did you not see the reference to the BBC report?

Bit more than a bloke down the pub. Could indeed be bollocks, but at the moment, it's the best reflection there is.

Sadly, were not getting the opportunity to find out for sure.

No bugger has won the last two elections.

No bugger is winning the next.

BBC? Bah, MSM lies fella, can't trust it 🤐

I agree though, I don't think Labour are in a strong enough position to table a vote of no confidence. We're stuck with what we've got, a feeble mish-mash of arselickers who would stab their nan if it meant promotion within the Tory party.

Stop it Mick....the expert “newcomer” known as TM Trotter will be calling out your psychic powers for that comment.......or will he ?

Quite unsurprisingly, he only spits his venom and poison at posters of an opposite opinion....how strange indeed....

My memory must be fading, but didn’t Cameron win a majority in 2015?

If Labour were strong, surely they’d have called it by now ?

Why haven’t they ?

They know like most folk know, they haven’t got a prayer.

Same with the Lib Dem’s after their glorious cockups of late.

And there, my latest lefty loon, are the answers to your ill mannered reply to myself a few posts above.

Chin chin chump.
