Interesting all the talk is about pubs when it also covers "universities, children’s play areas and small parks"

Certainly agree with the last two

Went to Japan few years back, What is bonkers there is smoking is banned pretty much everywhere outside, but you can smoke inside at bars and restaurants, such as those poky little  teppanyaki places where everyone is huddled round and the food is cooked right in front of you

Relatives in Kawasaki City (wife's brother married a Japanese girl).

As you will know having been there, strange (to us) things happen there. Did you experience a 'hot towel' bar or a 'no panty' bar? Expensive drinks but the 'extra's' make it worth it :D

Good lord.

I notice The Griffin had "Kier Starmer. You are not welcome here" on the chalkboard when I drove past the other day.

I bet he'll be gutted when he finds out! 😂

The Griffin, a renowned bastion of Conservative values.

saw all sorts of things

i got pics of these

a school girl cafe

an office girl cafe

and some place where you'd walk in, pick a girl on the other side of the glass, and she'd talk to you on the phone whilst her skirt got blown up by a breeze

The thing that most surprised/amused me was the casual acceptance by wives of blokes working late calling at a hot towel bar on the way home to have a drink or three and get hand relief.

"I don't want waking up and pestering at the time he gets home from work. These women do good work". :D

50 Labour MP,s could rebel in the commons vote over the winter fuel payments cut. If so, could this be a first for a new government?

That's the one... two years work experience as a junior aide in No 10, long legs, short skirt, good set of top bollocks,  blonde haired and a Lord at 29 years old... also now a Director of Better Earth Limited along with a certain RH Boris de Ptefiel Johnson and Amir Adnani, who is a Canadian-Iranian CEO of the Uranium Energy Corporation... "Go Nuclear, Go Large" was Johnson's motto when PM

I don't get it... why pick a fight on one of the biggest voting groups for a paltry 1.5 Billion?

Need to go for the big piss takers out there

Of course. I’m sure it will get through the vote. It could be blocked by the HOL though but I doubt that. TUC conference this week and they aren’t happy with it either.

Surely not

Starmer is in the pocket of the unions

Anyway, im still not having it that alan sugar should get the winter fuel allowance so in theory, im supportive of the move

The cynic in me says that as pensioners are more likely to vote tory than labour - the only age group? - then labour have little to lose pissing them off

And they voted for brexit :)

The cynic in you is probably correct. Most reasonable people understand that everyone, if they are lucky, will one day be a pensioner. Protecting and even improving pensions is in everyone’s interest.
