Drama and jizz all over the place as Barnsley and Burton both draw and we stay up.

As much as we think going forward is the problem (which it certainly is) the other elephant in the room is that all season we've let in some shocking goals. We're crap at both ends of the pitch.

We really need Forest to have an off day as well to have a chance.

Think our defence would benefit from us retaining the ball in the opponents half a little bit more whilst the games still 0-0

Out of all the teams in the equation Forest are the only team with nothing to play for.

Think putting Hall in would be pretty shitty on the kid imagine if he misses a few chances and with a win we’d have stayed up?!

I’ve no doubt he’d be raring to play am I being over dramatic?

If the u23s win tomorrow in their play-off semi he will have a final to look forward to.

But if we lose the u23 fixtures will be over...

Odds for staying up are 2.33 with a betfair sportsbook treble:

Bolton to win.

Derby draw double chance

Preston draw double chance

The relegation odds don't look right to me.

If you bet on all 5 teams in the mix to win £100 if they are relegated, ie to guarantee a £300 return, it appears to cost under £220.

So I'm guessing there isn't really a market?

Last time something like that happened was with ANOTHER Hall...

I kinda agree and can’t understand why he didn’t start Saturday.

Calf injury. And Robinson was struggling with his shoulder.

Why have him on the bench and bring him on as a pseudo right back then?!

I had no idea where anyone was supposed to be playing in the last 20 minutes so I’ll have to take your word for it!

Whatever the team I would have them doing nothing in training apart from shooting on sight . We need to get near the 20 attempts on goal against forest, none at burton was a piss take . Oh and I would make them watch the Middlesbrough game when frandsen scored that screamer . What a day that was .

Well in the last few mins he got moved to centre midfield

Full on panic football bingo

My point was, if he’s injured he shouldn’t be on the bench

Would it not be £200 return because Sunderland are already down or have I read your post wrong? if not then a quick way to make £80

Burton are 2/9 So to win 100 on them you would need to stake c450 so I’m lost here malc and then this would need to be covered in your bets on the others and vice versa

I don't know what malc is looking at however we've gone from 1.93 last night to 1.65 today.

We're now similar odds to beat forest as Derby and Preston are to win their games.

Keep the faith!

Thats what I would start with

Bring Vela on for either Henry or Pratley second half if we are still level at half time

Granted on Saturday apart from Noone they were all gash, but I’m not having it that the lad from Liverpool is a footballer. If he starts him and Derik again it’s a certain P45 for parky.

If he misses a few chances then we are immediately playing better than we have been for weeks as we are creating something.

I just see hall raising the fans and giving people something to shout about. Much like when clough used to come back from injury.

That alone could raise everyone else. Especially le fondre who must be dog sick of playing 40 yards from anyone else.

To get a return of £100 you would need to stake £81.82 on Burton.

Less on Bolton and Barnsley, and under a tenner each on Brum and Reading.

Looked up the EFL Rules, and if we are tied with Brum on points, goal difference and goals scored, the head-to-head record is taken into account (unlike the Premier League), so Juke's goal places them ahead.

However 1-0 to us and 1-4 to Fulham would place us ahead, along with any other 4 goal swing which does not involve Brum scoring 1 goal more than Bolton.

It is forseeable that the 4 teams ahead of us will lose.

Can we win to take advantage?

Goal difference may fuck us up.

Not so much Birmingham but Burton.

A draw for us but defeats for Burton and barnsley sees us down.

Burton got hammered 5-0 recently but we're still behind.

I wish that I hadn't read that. Says it all for me. Been optimistic all season. Last few weeks tells me that Forest will batter us for no other reason than they can do

If the team has lost faith as much as the posters on here, then we are well and truly fucked.

I know most of the negative posts on here are from some of our best fans, who are just completely depressed by recent performances and results.

But we've got one last chance, let's fucking take it.
