I think this could be the real deal, Richards and Williams on board gives it a serious edge. Wouldn't be surprised if big Sam comes in has director of football. Next manager I'm not too sure about other than after the forest game parky will be getting his p45.

Getting a bit carried away here. Let’s first see if he can satisfy league. Then can pay the bills.

Hope I'm wrong, as we all want an end to this saga, but can see this falling through tomorrow.

He's talking a good game bit silly to make such predictions if you've nowt to back it up with. I was very sceptical at first but listening to John Galt and seeing who he's lined up I'm feeling quite excited about it. Anyway I thought we were going bust yesterday so today feels pretty good.

I’m making serious predictions. At all. Just saying there is a lot to be determined yet. Also, lots of respect for anyone on here but I’d take anything posters on here say with a pinch of salt.

Catutious optimism seems wise.

I'm not having he's bought the club without knowing the debt levels. He's either insane or it's not his money.

Thought the same, my guess it ain’t his money, and he’s not seen the DD. Surely someone has.

Just seen a tweet from Nixon. Said official word is he got it from property, but he reckons it's family money.

Not sure how it can...?

EFL can reject Bassini still, unless I've missed that they've approved him now.

Hope so. Even if Bassini is an absolute loon, he did sell Watford to good owners, so if it buys us a few more years to get more responsible owners in place - happy days.

BWFC have plenty saleable assets

Any prospective owner knows this

Expect to see land development, including the car parks, some commercial building and houses

There's also maybe some land that the govt/council need to build a relief road

Plenty opportunities to recoup the investment

Think the hotel will be sold as well

he's waiting til the stadium sinks , lTK

Williams and Richards on board would be great if it happens. But they won't be working for peanuts. How can the club afford it, unless there are money people in the background

Ken walked in without knowing the specific debts. So I don’t see the issue

yep they had an idea but alls we heard time and time again was he unearthed something else. Then something else

would assume Bassini is talking along those lines.. he will have an idea of it being around X but will no doubt come across something else which makes it Y

way I see it is, ‘all’ current known debts will be settled. If anything else appears then maybe 90/80 or even 75% will have ended up being sorted

either way it’s better than where we are now
