That was one of the loveliest things to ever happen. Stood in my garden sobbing like a baby! Proud to work for the NHS 👏👏👏👏❤️

Got an email from the lads school saying positive case in his class, there’s only been 7 of them in so he had to isolate. Wife’s got some lateral flow tests, tested him a couple of times and he tested positive. Got him a PCR test straight away, result back today.

Positive.

Locked him in the garage.

Lots of positives recently - death rate is reducing (obvs not that positive if you're one of the dead) - vaccine numbers have ramped up well - good percentage of uptake in over 70s, 80s, etc - more vac centres opening - hospital admissions reducing - new infections reducing.....

Bolton cases rising again. Not sure how if we’ve been in lockdown. Back to being highest case rate in GM.

Seriously?

Where's this from?

They’re Still having problems convincing members of the BAME community. One surgery which was giving vaccines in Hackney had to close early for 3 days last week because of a slow patient uptake.

Bird my mate knows is having trouble with her fella. Been acting a bit weird and getting progressively worse.

But last night said he’s not getting the vaccination as he’s been waiting for a sign and this is the sign that the anti Christ is amongst us 😳 and the vaccine is to make it so he can’t see him

told him to get her as far away from that house as possible pronto or she won’t be needing and vaccine

What the duck goes on in some folks' heads.  What does he smoke? There's got to be some reason for his state of mind.

Apparently he’s not on anything at all. Bizarre. But very worrying abs whilst she needs to get him help she also needs to get away and fast as that’s not good

Good on you recognising he may need help and also on the safety of the girl.

Concerns about his mental well-being can be reported, a couple of options that immediately spring to mind are either 101 for them to send it to the right agency or calling the NHS community mental health team in the area directly.

The latest figures still show cases falling, albeit slowly. The rest of GM are falling quicker which is why we now have the highest rate.

Saw this in the MEN about cases rising - https://www.manchestereveningnews.co.uk/news/greater-manchester-news/latest-coronavirus-infection-rates-greater-19797477

You would expect cases in Bolton to be falling by a double digit % like the other regions especially so far into lockdown.

Some over 60s getting a text for the vacc

The party is bad enough but you’d like to think she didn’t actually know she had the virus at the time. But the trips out when she knew she was positive... Assuming she did know, I can’t decide if those should be punished by fines or jail time.
