And I thought us use the simplified US spelling so as not to confuse our elderly Aussie weapon. I’m nice like that. 👍

Any baddies?

Obviously not.

They don't count do they, the baddies. Numbers included in overall dead, kill who they want, even hide behind their own, but if someone has a pop back, then fuckin booooooo.

Shouldn't need repeating, but it's a war.

War still has rules btw.

Ah, the rules of war.

“International humanitarian law (IHL) strictly prohibit the use of civilians and other protected persons as human shields to make military sites immune from enemy attacks or to prevent reprisals during an offensive (GCIII, art. 23; GCIV, arts. 28 and 49; API, arts.”

It’s what Hamas (terrorists) have been doing since day one.

The Israelis say that the (former) school was a Hamas command post and therefore a legitimate target.
People can believe who they want. I don’t believe terrorists.

Correct and I fully agree. So knowing that, why then bomb them anyway? Think carefully about international law in this regard.

Why bomb anything in any war in any country both in the present and in the past that would involve civilian casualties? From Dresden to Iraq, we have been guilty, if that’s the right word, of similar decisions. Right or wrong? Who knows.

Because it was a HAMAS command post

Just a reminder where we were 12 months ago.

It wasn’t a solution to the Israel/Palestinian problem but it would have been a major step towards one. Hamas on October 7th. and Hezbollah October 8th. put and end to that. Both Iranian backed. The same Iran that is backing and supplying Russia in its war against Ukraine. No one ever mentions Iran.

I just had a quick Google- I seemed to remember something about their economy- seems their financial state isn't great, with GDP per capita falling year on year.

Sooner or later, you would expect people to get a tad pissed off with things.

Bit like the Russians

Wonder why they keep bulldozing homes & taking more land in the West Bank. Is that because they’re looking for terrorists ?

Territory-ists.
