June 5, 20233 yr Just had a look on Morecambe ways. According to them this bloke hadn't actually failed the EFL test, it was still pending after 3 months before he's suddenly been linked with Wigan. He paid Morecambe's wages for the last 2 months too. More on Twitter shows him to be erm, an interesting chap.
