Another concert at the stadium. It's a bit of revenue I understand but not anything to get excited about

No, I'm not excited about the concert, but I'm very pleased that the club is finally attempting to run as a viable business.

Should be a minimum given really if you aren't putting ought in.

Apart from his constant ballooning about 23k a game I don't really mind Ken.

I think it's looking back and wondering how these lot were the best bid on the table?

Thing is when we having oasis etc hull were having Elton john, Bon jovi etc

Neither of us has had anything since

Does that mean both clubs have fucked up or is there not much to be made?

How was Ken the best bid on the table?

By being the only bid?

Can someone weigh up the cost of an open-air stadium compared to the cost of a covered similar sized arena? I'd say from a promoter's point an event in open air is only good with guaranteed dry weather. An indoors gig won't matter rain or not.

Id guess that an indoor arena could cost more for that reason so promoters gamble with the cheaper outdoor event and pick a good time of the year

But as Traf says once the tickets are sold they don’t care what the weather is. Plus if you want to go you’ll go having bought your ticket well in advance of any weather forecast and probably don’t really care
