I feel quite bad now, kind of hoping Muhammed hangs on a while, can do without being labelled Old Father Time!!

Transfer Update
Decent return in a decent league and if ?6m is correct, looks pretty good value. Probably another sh*te rumour though.

Transfer Update
Megson sets sights on Almeida - Daily Telegraph Bolton manager Gary Megson is lining up a ?6million swoop for Werder Bremen forward Hugo Almeida. http://www.skysports.com/story/0,19528,11096_2920077,00.html

Pretty strong team that, probably close to our 1st choice 11.

So do I, well done Horwich.

Big Nose Vs Slap Head
I see your point, but I don't think it's a good thing to continually change a defensive 4, especially the 2 centre backs. I think Megson needs to pick Cahill plus 1 and stick with that - building an understanding is half the job with a centre back pair and that won't happen if we keep changing them.

Matt Taylor
"Taylor joined Bolton a year ago for ?5.2m...." ?5.2m? I thought it was more like ?3.5m? Even if it was ?5.2m, on recent form, he's been worth every penny. Another goal today against the Barcodes and Capello has to put him into the next squad.

Free Travel To Stoke
That was the game when it was snowing I think?? Cracking snowball fights with Stoke security guards! Someone threw a bog roll at their keeper, which hit the crossbar rather than his head - not that it would have done much damage mind.

Flags At Half Mast
Former Villa player Paul Birch died yesterday - don't know if he had connections to BWFC??

Wanderers Fans Today
Fantastic result today and a great way, in my opinion, to hopefully silence some of the Megson bashers. From what I've read, a cracking full debut for Davies, so again, makes it easier to wave goodbye to Nolan. For those of us unlucky not to be at the match today, what were the Bolton fans like today? What was the reception like for Megson? What was the response like from the majority of fans when Spurs equalised - echoes of the Dingles match? Hardest Job In World
I presume you were meaning Obama. Well, someone (either me or Zozzy) may well get 1/3 of their deadpool by end of today - Ted Kennedy collapsed at Obama's congrats dinner. http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/americas/7841151.stm

- Anyone Been To Chicago
One of my favourite cities. As mentioned above, nice and warm in sunny, brass monkeys in winter. Great architecture, mixing the old with the new skyscrapers - Sears Tower, John Hancock building (one has a cracking restaurant at the top) with Wrigley building. River running through the centre that they turn green on Paddy's day. Loads of parks very close the the centre. Again as mentioned above, avoid south side, but to be honest, it's a lot better than it used to be, like most American cities. If you're thinking of going soon, baseball season has finished, but normally it's easy to get tickets for their ice hockey team, The Blackhawks. Hope this helps.- Dzemali To Torino Confirmed
I'm hoping this means that we've got at least a midfielder lined up.... preferably not a defensive one!!- Football Match Policing
Interesting article on the Beeb website about the cost to each Premier League club to police their matches - how much they have to pay and how much the taxpayer shells out: http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/uk_news/7553875.stm Find it strange that, for example, Bolton had to pay more last season than Spurs, Chelsea or West Ham had to pay!!- Ainsley Harriot And His Dogmuck Chariot
Kate Bush and her... bush- Wiping A Bogey On Your Penis
Ahhh, but what would the reaction be if she offered a snotty kiss (obviously after gorging on your bogey ridden manhood)? Another element to the discussion me thinks - would one accept a kiss, after you know full well that you have openly (dirty bitch) or slyly (upstanding fine lady) stuck snot in her gob??- Sundays Papers
Jonathan, I stuck up for you the other day on a different post and Bolty replied with a nice comment, also in a way, asking others to give you a break and that receiving a bit of stick is part and parcel of this board. Don't make me regret saying what I did - if you feel that you have to have a dig back at someone, especially someone like Bolty, try and use a bit of wit and humour, rather than shit comments like that. You'll do yourself no favours carrying on like that.- Megson - 3 Signings
There we go - classic, WW banter!- Megson - 3 Signings
I'm pretty sure Jonathan wouldn't see it as me patronising him and I don't think I told anyone to be nice to him. Perhaps he can't stick up for himself, we're all different - not easy when so many are having a dig. Everyone on here gets a bit of banter aimed at them at some point, which is what a lot of the attraction is, but IMO it's a bit over the top at the moment, especially when he doesn't really deserve it - he's not exactly Natasha is he (well, maybe he is?/ Who knows?!). Said my peace, that's it.- Al Habsi Staying
Oi, steady lad!!- Megson - 3 Signings
Back tert jam and cream lad (and clean the mess up before yer mam has to cope with cardboard bedsheets). Give the lad a break FFS (and this isn't just aimed at you Bolty)! Someone who obviously has a massive interest in BWFC, wants to share his enthusiasm with what he thought were like minded individuals, gets destroyed everytime he posts something. And now everyone jumps on the bandwagon. It's not as if he's a miserable or pessimistic get like many on here, so come on, don't kick the enthusiasm out of him. And I know some of you will say that you're just having a bit of fun and a bit of a dig - but when so many start doing it, I think it becomes a bit more than that. JSL. - Anyone Been To Chicago
