You contact them and say I don't want it/can't do it for whatever reason. They're going to want as many tickets as possible to go on open sale. Because I go as his carer (he's autistic so doesn't need an ambulant seat) as it stands I HAVE to ring the ticket office the day they go on sale to order us both one.
