Give us a break FFS. We're fucking melting down here.

Saw on Sky News International that Perth was enjoying 40⁰ shade temps compared with -29⁰ in Canada.

I reckon I'd sooner be in Oz than Canada

I'd rather be somewhere in between! The CDS is lovely at this time of year. Low to mid 20's with cool nights for sleeping. Forty fucking one here today.

Was at the Kings Road Brewery at lunch, sweating my balls off inside. Sacked off the rest of the day in front on the telly with the aircon blasting, sun too brutal to consider a dip in the pool. I'd take Canada personally at least you can throw a bubble goose on and go outside.

Going to watch Geth now for the Socceroos, see how long before the alcohol drags me to unconsciousness.

Best of luck mate. I am sure you'll agree - it's too bleeding hot! I actually know people who say they like this hot weather! No matter where you go, there are always zoons.

Rather be freezing my bollocks off.

Me too. At least you can put more layers on. No aircon or pool here and you are stuck with living in shopping centres!

Only been outside this morning to walk the dog. Over 40 degrees today and I know some people reading will think 'stop moaning you lucky bastards' but it's brutal, thought I'd escaped this level of heat when I left the Pilbara. On the brightside its set to drop to less than 30 by the end of the week.

Just left Perth, those temperatures were no fun. Mates went watching the Scorchers in that yesterday as well, pretty much self harm!

It is.

Just ended up chasing a horse that had thrown its rider, as it careered into Bury Road.

Nowt to do with the fa cup like, but a good day for football too!

How’s the rider?

Young girl- absolutely fine. Her dad was with her as it happened. A bird had flown out from a bush and spooked it. Wasn't the biggest, but by the fuckery it was shifting.

Fortunately, after my horse whispering efforts, it calmed down and I got hold of its head collar and put it into its yard.

Redford got nowt on me🤣
