YATESY Posted January 2, 2010 Posted January 2, 2010 Its going to cost us, http://www.newsoftheworld.co.uk/sport/6592...-FOR-COYLE.html Nothing like that much though. Owen needs to speak to Big Sam about how to exit your current employer in the best way to help your next employer to save money on compensation payments
superjohnmcginlay Posted January 2, 2010 Author Posted January 2, 2010 Odds are 1/2 on BF now and Skybet has suspended betting
HR Posted January 3, 2010 Posted January 3, 2010 This is funny from Alistair Campbell As the match neared its end, Burnley fans were back to talking, singing, and worrying about Coyle. A little group started up a chant of "if you're not going to Bolton give us a wave". I don't know if he heard. But he didn't wave.
Breightmet Boy Posted January 3, 2010 Posted January 3, 2010 (edited) Sven or Slavan Bilic will do me, i dont reckon hes coming. Its Peter Reid no doubts NOTW, doubt it. Worse paper ever that pile of dog cum !! Edited January 3, 2010 by Breightmet Boy
birch-chorley Posted January 3, 2010 Posted January 3, 2010 owen coyle will be our next manager, Monday/Tuesday it will be done IMO!
Danny G Posted January 3, 2010 Posted January 3, 2010 Apparently he was still at the ground 45 minutes after the end of the game, even though he dodged the post match press conference claiming he had to dash off to catch a flight to scotland!!
Guest Frandsen08 Posted January 3, 2010 Posted January 3, 2010 Its going to cost us, http://www.newsoftheworld.co.uk/sport/6592...-FOR-COYLE.html 4 million?! i thought he only had a year left on his contract
Danny G Posted January 3, 2010 Posted January 3, 2010 4 million?! i thought he only had a year left on his contract He signed an extension after Celtic come knocking
Guest Frandsen08 Posted January 3, 2010 Posted January 3, 2010 He signed an extension after Celtic come knocking ahh right, never knew. if we do get coyle, do u think he'll bring any players with him?
freds dad Posted January 3, 2010 Posted January 3, 2010 ahh right, never knew. if we do get coyle, do u think he'll bring any players with him? They are discussing Coyle now on SS2. We have been described as an inflated championship club
Danny G Posted January 3, 2010 Posted January 3, 2010 ahh right, never knew. if we do get coyle, do u think he'll bring any players with him? Only one who i think is half decent is that ex Munich Tart who does his eyebrows
Mounts Kipper Posted January 3, 2010 Posted January 3, 2010 If Burnley hold out for 4 million the deal is dead in the water, however it would leave Coyle in a bad position with his current employer if he has expressed his desire to talk to gartside, might still be worth a flutter on Gartsides second choice Curbishley.
Rembrandt Posted January 3, 2010 Posted January 3, 2010 They are discussing Coyle now on SS2. We have been described as an inflated championship club ..... an inflated championship club who have never playd decent football; whose fans all expect to be in the CL, booed at Klasnic's withdrawal against Hull for no good reason, aren't clever enough to recognise Megson's talents, who will boo Coyle if Bolton don't win in the first 4 games ..... and so on & so on. The same shallow twaddle sometimes repeated on this site. Nothing new there then.
Pablo Posted January 3, 2010 Posted January 3, 2010 Getting a bit of stick Bolton this morning and the Sunday Suppliment, saying Coyle could do better that Bolton. Even I think that is complete bollocks, I think it would be a great move for him, lets be honest Burnley are tiny, and are punching WAY above their weight, even being in the Prem.
kent_white Posted January 3, 2010 Posted January 3, 2010 I had a dream last night that Owen Coyle with a steely determined look in his eye was being introduced to a packed house at the Reebok. I've checked the odds this morning but my dream doesn't seem to have had any affect at the bookies yet.

I've checked the odds this morning but my dream doesn't seem to have had any affect at the bookies yet. It'll never happen. We never fill our ground!
no balls Posted January 3, 2010 Posted January 3, 2010 It'll never happen. We never fill our ground! We would if it was on Manchester Road though, we always did when we played there.
kent_white Posted January 3, 2010 Posted January 3, 2010 Bear in mind that I also had a dream that I was riding a mini motorbike uphill on a country lane because Avid Merrion was doing his Michael Jackson impression in a field. Just in case you were considering putting your mortgage on it.
Guest Frandsen08 Posted January 3, 2010 Posted January 3, 2010 if we did get coyle it would be interesting to see the next attendance at the reebok.

BoltonPro15 Posted January 3, 2010 Posted January 3, 2010 The supposed eminent football reporters on the Sunday Suppliment on ss2, to a man couldn't work out why OC would want to come to Bolton? Than during the same discussion sighted the following reasons. 1. OC may feel he has taken Burnley as far as he could 2. He has an afinity and a good relationship with PG and the fans 3. We have a better set up. (training facilities wise, youth sytem ?) 4. He will have more money to spend. Well there's 4 for starters
