birch-chorley
I seem to remember reading an article when we where after him in January saying that he is a left footed winger who can also cover at left back.
Site Supporter barryk32 Posted March 15, 2012 Site Supporter Share Posted March 15, 2012 You are assuming him being naturally left or right footed will have relevance on where the Scottish nobber will play him. Youre assuming wrong.
BOWTUN BAKED
Why?....... What foot he kicks with doesn't determine which wing Coyle will play him on, thought that one was obvious

DazBob
In which case, as long as he's viewed as good enough he's another option for the left, rather than playing a right footer there if Petrol is injured.
DazBob
Ah gotcha I was thinking logically. My mistake.
onlyoneawalker
I've been thinking about all this coyle signs championship standard players - Swansea and Norwich seem to be doing well with said quality of players? Name me one of their squad who u would have called premiership b4 the start of the season?? Our transfer policy is not the problem.......as u were
Uncle Albert
Signed for us this morning, good stuff. http://www.theboltonnews.co.uk/sport/wanderers/wanderersnews/9594022.Wanderers_win_race_to_sign_ex_Rangers_wide_boy_Wylde/
TheWanderer1958
Left wing we're not. Is this young chap a right or left footer? If he was a left footer he would not have played for Rangers..........
Krimzon
Left footer, is that like uphill gardener ?
Jiminiho.3
He's a left footer, decent pace, decent shot on him. Think he'll be a good un from what I've seen of him. Gets stuck in as well
DomRepWanderer
What the fuck is it with Coyle and wingers? he seems to target them more than other positions, don't go there with Pratley.
Butterfly
What the fuck is it with Coyle and wingers? he seems to target them more than other positions, don't go there with Pratley. It's a waste of time trying to buy a Premier League striker with only the ?4 million he had to buy Ngog or only the ?3 million he had to sign Sordell so he may as well sign wingers. It's cheaper to sign wingers who may be good enough for the division. Butterfly
Is this post serious? It can't be..... can it? Bolton finshed 6th under Sam Allardyce without a striker who could finish, all they had was Kevin Davies. They finished 6th because they had a very strong midfield. It was much cheaper to sign top quality midfield players.Canny one that Sam. Sweep
stating the obvious perhaps... but looks like Petrov is leaving I wouldn't be shocked by that at all, I'm presuming he'll be a massive chunk off the wage bill. I'm not sure where he would or could go though, unless he goes over to the US maybe
Juan.Kerr
Wonder if he realises he's only going to get the last five minutes playing time to prove to us his worth.
