Traf Posted February 15 Posted February 15 Snowed here last night, but we'd blue skies today and temps of 6 degrees. Quote
Tonge moor green jacket Posted February 24 Posted February 24 All change, for now. Fuckin mozzy had a go at me last night as I was going to sleep. Bumble bees today, a shrub in leaf, down to a long sleeved shirt- no jumper, fleece nor coat required. A couple of days ago, it was cold and wet. Remarkable really. Yet, we may be fucked over shortly. Second such article that has appeared. https://beaconwales.org/24-167536-magnitude-is-almost-unheard-february/ Quote

Does seem that scientific observations are warning of it. Whether it happens here though, is unknown. Won't be firing up the barbecue just yet! Quote

I saw a bumble bee yesterday dying on the floor. It's been in my van since then and is still slowly crawling about. I'll keep it safe till Muslim Polar Express Vortex has gone. Quote
