C86
I have Oats so Simple, cinnamon flavour each morn after the gym, must admit it gets "boring" and reminds me of drywall adhesive but I've dropped two stone so gonna stick at it. Nobster
I have it every day in the winter, slow release energy. You need to put a spoon full of jam on it or sprinkle some ground cinnamon on to give it some taste.
Danny G
Fantastic food for a cold winters morning I too need to add in jam or a spoon of sugar

Sweep
Hard boiled eggs! You fucking animal. I actually saw the other day, when I was scutting around Morrisons in Leigh, that you can buy a pack of two hardboiled eggs in the sandwich section. What sort of beast would buy an already boiled and peeled egg vacuum packed into a plastic container?

oggybwfc
Had it this morning;the wife steeped the oats overnight in full fat milk, then she pours a tin of Carnation in when cooking, .creamy and delicious. My dad however used to boil it in water and put salt on it, Total savagery..

Youri McAnespie
Oh-la-di-da, Porridge? Trying to be sophisticated and continental eating porridge are we? You should be sticking to our northern heritage staples i.e. Pobs.
frank_spencer
Bowl of porridge and a big mug of coffee is the way to start a winters morning. Gotta be made with milk though porridge made with water is rank.
